Effects of TF extract on histopathological changes in the skin tissues of oxazolone-induced AD mice. Dorsal skin tissues were stained with H&E (a) or Toluidine blue (b) and observed under a microscope (×100 for H&E, ×200 for toluidine blue). Eosinophils (c) and mast cells (d) were counted in epidermal regions.
