Phylogenetic positions of “Ca. Spiroplasma holothuricola” in Tenericutes. 16S rRNA genes from different Tenericutes groups were collected to determine the phylogenetic position of “Ca. Spiroplasma holothuricola.” A maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree was reconstructed, and bootstrap values are indicated on the branches of the tree.
