Probabilities are based on a Cox model that adjusts for age, gender, race/ethnicity, education, smoking, physical activity and energy intake. Models include interaction terms for baseline dietary scores and weight category. Separate models were developed for each dietary pattern. Weight categories were based on BMI (normal: 18.5–<25 kg/m²; overweight: 25–<30 kg/m²; obese: ≥30 kg/m²).
