The HepG2 cells were treated with TMP at concentrations of 175, 350, 700, 1400, and 2800 µmol/L for 48 hours, and then, cell viability was assessed using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. B. Cells were seeded in an E-plate and then monitored for 72 hours with the real-time cell analyzer instrument. C. The proliferation of TMP-treated cells for 12, 24, and 48 hours, respectively.
