The activation of caspases induced by tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in apoptotic HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were incubated with TMP for 48 hours at a concentration of 700 µmol/L, and then, cleaved-caspase-3, cleaved-caspase-9, and β-actin were assessed via simple Western blotting.
