The p53 signaling and Bax/Bcl-2 protein ratio mediates tetramethylpyrazine (TMP)-induced HepG2 apoptosis. HepG2 cells were incubated with TMP for 48 hours at a concentration of 700 µmol/L, and then Bax, Bcl-2, p53, and β-actin were assessed via simple Western blotting (A-D). The electropherogram (E) pseudo-gel and (F) quantification of simple Western blotting were measured using antibody for blotting.
