Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker 70% ethanol extract (ESWE) suppressed CXCR4 partial by proteasomal degradation: MDA-MB-435s (A) and MDA-MB-231 (B) cells were treated with indicated concentrations of chloroquine or MG132 for 1 hour, followed by treatment with ESWE for 48 hours. Whole-cell extracts were prepared and analyzed by western blot analysis using antibodies against CXCR4. The same blots were stripped and reprobed with GAPDH antibody to show equal protein loading. C.
