BRAFV600Eprotein is expressed in the B cells of BRAFVE×TCL1 mice. Lysates from purified B or T cells from spleens of BRAFWT×TCL1 or BRAFVE×TCL1 transgenic (Tg) mice were analyzed by immunoblot for mutant and normal BRAF as well as total and phosphorylated MEK and ERK. Lysate from OSUCLL-BRAFV600E+doxycycline was included as a positive control (+).
