Effects of Sirtinol on the inhibitory role of H2S on chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS)-induced hippocampal endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. After treatment with CUMS for 2 weeks, rats were cotreated with CUMS and NaHS (100 µmol/kg/d, i.p.) in the absence or presence of Sirtinol (10 µmol/d, i.c.v.) for 2 weeks. The expressions of GRP-78 (A), CHOP (B), and cleaved caspase-12 (C) in hippocampus were detected by western blot.
