Everolimus is stable at 37°C for at least 28 days in vehicle solution. A 10 mM everolimus stock was made in the proposed vehicle (see text for details) and stored light‐protected at 37°C. At different time points (0, 10 or 28 days), J774A.1 murine macrophage cells were treated with a serial dilution containing 0.01 nM to 1 μM everolimus (three replicates per treatment). After 4 h of treatment, cells were lysed and subjected to Western blotting (detection of p70S6K phosphorylation at Thr³⁸⁹).
