TA-316 induces megakaryopoietic differentiation from BM CD34+cells. BM CD34+ cells were cultured for 10 days with rhTPO (50 ng/mL), TA-316 (800 ng/mL), eltrombopag (3000 ng/mL), or DMSO (0.05%).
