OBW suppresses CXCL12-induced colon cancer cell invasion.
(A and B) HCT116 cells (5 × 104) were seeded on the top chamber of matrigel. After incubation with or without 0.8 mg/mL OBW for 24 hours, transwell chambers were then placed in 24-well plates, to which we added the basal medium only or basal medium containing 100 ng/mL CXCL12.
