Experimental SD rats were divided into 2 groups of 20 rats each. Injections of DEN (Group B) and DEN with sorafenib (Group A) were carried out as indicated. All the rats were sacrificed at 22 weeks of age after which the tissues were obtained for immunohistological analysis.
