EAHY endothelial cells were exposed to different concentrations of LPC. Immunofluorescent (IF) microscopic observation was utilized to determine the expression of (A) p-ATM, (B) p-ATR, (C) p-Chk1, and (D) p-Chk2 in endothelial cells.
