Mice were orally administered 80 mg/kg SIP once a day for two weeks (SIP+CP and SIP, respectively). After 2 h on the 7th day of SIP treatment, mice were injected with 120 mg/kg cyclophosphamide (CP and SIP+CP, respectively). Control mice were orally administered and/or injected with saline.
