1 x 10⁶ purified w.t. or IL-7R Tg OT-I T cells were stimulated with different numbers of apoptotic thymocytes from actin-mOVA transgenic mice. In B and D, murine recombinant IL-7 (10ng/ml) was added to the culture. At day 3 after stimulation, the levels of IFN-γ (A, B) and IL-2 (C, D) in the supernatant were measured by ELISA. The results were pooled from two independent experiments.
