Estimation of CAT, Nitrite, MDA, and GSH in nigrostriatal region of mice. MPTP injected mice showed significant decrease in CAT activity and GSH level and increase in Nitrite and MDA level as compared to control (CONT) group. While Mp treatment in MPTP group significantly increase the level of CAT (A), decrease in the level of nitrite (B) and MDA (C), increase in the level of GSH (D).
