PKCα was a target gene of miR-330-3p. (A) The putative binding sites of PKCα 3′UTR (PRKCA-3′UTR) matching with the seed region of miR-330-3p were predicted with the help of TargetScan and the site mutagenesis design for the reporter assay (PRKCA-3′UTR-Mut1, PRKCA-3′UTR-Mut2, and PRKCA-3′UTR-Mut3).
