Effects of Phyllanthus emblica (PE) on the colony-formation ability of mitomycin C (MMC) or cisplatin (cDDP)-treated cells

NCM460 cells were treated with PE alone or in combination with MMC (0.05 μg/ml) or cDDP (1 μg/ml) for 72 h. Five hundred cells per well were seeded into fresh medium for 14 d for determining their colony formation ability.
