The slope, intersection, correlation coefficient (R2), and efficiency of standard curves of S. cerevisiae, T. delbrueckii, S. pombe, C. stellata, M. pulcherrima, and L. thermotolerans were determined by qPCR analysis. Mean ± standard deviation of triplicate qPCR amplifications are shown. Efficiency was estimated by the formula E = (10-1/slope) – 1.
