Expression levels of miR‐10a‐5p and TBX5 in the synovium of human patients with RA and OA. Relative mRNA expression levels of mature miR‐10a‐5p (A) and TBX5 (B) in the synovium of human patients with RA and OA (= 14) were evaluated by RT‐qPCR. Housekeeping genes U6 snRNA and β‐actin were used for the normalization of miRNA and mRNA, respectively. Relative protein expression levels of TBX5 (C) was detected by Western blotting analysis and normalized by GAPDH. Data represent the means ± S.E.M. of three independent experiments. Levels of significance were calculated using Student's t‐test (*< 0.05, ***< 0.001).
