Effects of RosA on nitric oxide and PGE 2 production in chondrocytes. Chondrocytes were pre‐treated with various concentrations of RosA for 1 hrs prior to IL‐1β (10 ng/ml) for 24 hr. Conditioned media were collected for nitrite and PGE 2 measurement. Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD). *P < 0.05 compared with cells stimulated with IL‐1β only. The experiment is representative of three experiments performed.
