Ca2+-dependent electrophoretic mobility analysis of recombinant CML15 and CML16 using SDS-PAGE in the presence of (A) 5 mM EGTA or (B) 5 mM CaCl2. Recombinant CaM served as a positive control for electrophoretic mobility shifts in the presence of Ca2+ and purified recombinant glutathione S-transferase (GST) served as the negative control. SDS-PAGE gels were stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250. Molecular weight markers (MW, kDa) are indicated on the left. Representative images from a minimum of three experimental replicates are presented.
