PTEN inhibitor alleviated sevoflurane-induced autophagy in the fetal brains. G14 rats were pretreated with bpV 1 h before sevoflurane exposure, expression of p-Akt/Akt and mTOR was upregulated (A,B), and LC3BII and Beclin-1 expression was alleviated with bpV treatment (C).
