Expression signatures of metformin-reversed lncRNAs regulated by cAMP. (A) The numbers of metformin-reversed lncRNAs from various authorative databases. (B) Classification of reversed lncRNAs demonstrated that these lncRNAs were mainly intergenic. (C) The majority of the metformin-reversed lncRNAs were between 400 and 1,200 nucleotides in length.
