Light microscope and laser scanning confocal microscopy observations indicate that ISO induced epithelial mesenchymal transition morphological alterations in Cal27 and SCC15 cell lines. (A) Cal27 and (B) SCC15 cell lines, cell morphology was dramatically changed from epithelial phenotype to mesenchymal phenotype.
