The set of six TEMrev-GFP reporters was transformed in JS200 cells expressing LF-Pol I and error-prone reporter plasmid replication was performed as described in methods. As a control, the same reporters were transformed into JS200 cells expressing WT Pol I. A Original reversion frequencies, in log scale. Error bars represent standard deviation of triplicates.
