TLQP-21 elicits spinal Ca2+signaling that increases with neuropathic injury. (a) Live-cell Fura-2 ratiometric analysis in adult spinal cord slices 14 days after surgery reveals that SNI but not sham increases the total number of profiles within lamina II that are responsive to TLQP-21 (1 μM).
