Figure 1

BLVRA ameliorated GMH-induced developmental delay in short-term neurobehavioral tests and enhances hematoma absorbance. From 1 to 7 days after GMH, neurological deficits evaluated by righting reflex (A), negative geotaxis (B), and eye opening latency (C). Hemoglobin content was evaluated at 24 h (D) and 72 h (E). Co-localization of activated microglia (OX-42; scale bar: 100 μm) with mannose receptor and DAPI at 72 h after GMH (F) and quantified activated M2 microglia (G). Values are expressed as mean ± SD. *P < 0.05 compared with sham group, #P < 0.05 compared with sham group, &P < 0.05 compared with BLVRA group, %P < 0.05 compared with scramble siRNA group. N = 6 each group.
