The paclitaxel group only received paclitaxel (2 mg/kg IP) for five consecutive days, which resulted in neuropathic pain. the quetiapine 10 group received paclitaxel (2 mg/kg IP) for five consecutive days and quetiapine (10 mg/kg PO daily from day six until the 10^th day). The yoh+quetiapine group received paclitaxel (2 mg/kg IP) for five consecutive days, quetiapine (10 mg/kg PO daily from day six until the 10^th day) and yohimbine (5 mg/kg IP) on the 10^th day, 15 min before last administration of quetiapine (10 mg/kg PO).
