Notes: (A) Stable transfection of miR-199a into A498 cells resulted in decreased growth and tumor weight. *P<0.05. (B) Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that the tumors originating from LV-miR-199a cells had decreased expression of Ki-67 and ROCK1, compared with that from LV-ctrl cells (magnification, ×400). (C) We found an inverse correlation between the levels of miR-199a and mRNA expression of ROCK1.
