Protective effects of KHG26792 in the Aβ-induced primary microglial cells. Cells were incubated with 50 μM Aβ for 2 h, followed by various concentrations of KHG26792 for 24 h. MTT assay (B) and LDH assay (C) and was assessed as described in MATERIALS AND METHODS. The resulting values represent the mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments. *Indicates statistical significance between Aβ group and Aβ group treated with KHG26792 (P < 0.01).
