The matrix protein 1 (M1)–M1 interactions under different pH treatments assessed by biolayer interferometry (BLI). The recombinant N^1-165-domain of wild type (wt), M(NLS-88R) or M(NLS-88E) M1 protein was used to assess M1–M1 interactions in neutral (pH 7.4) or acidic condition (pH 5.5) by BLI.
