Results are expressed as mean N-fold differences in cyp gene relative to the average expression of housekeeping genes and a calibrator (2−ΔΔCt sample). ND, Normal diet; LDR, low-diet responders; and HDR, high-diet responders. NQ = Not Quantifiable (35 < Ct < 38), ND = Not Detectable (Ct > 38). Each experiment was performed three times and in triplicates. One-way ANOVA was performed with Dunnett post-hoc test. LDR or HDR versus ND; * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, p < 0.001.
