Peptide Similarity Analysis with 18 letters of peptide sequence VTPMLNPFIYSLRNRDMK by using BLASP program (BLASTP 2.6.1+(protein-protein BLAST), and the database is Reference protein (refseq_protein)-http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST/). The table showed ORs that contain peptide identity with conserved motif, and different sequences were indicated with red letter.
