A, Expression levels of meiosis markers (Stra8, Sycp3, Dmc1) were significantly increased from 11.5 to 13.5 dpc. B, Immunofluorescence staining of DDX4 (germ cell marker, red) and γH2AX (meiosis cell marker, green) showed that germ cells began entering meiosis at 13.5 dpc and most had entered meiosis by 14.5 dpc.
