(A,B) 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay of PC3 cells transfected with miR-34b/c mimic (50 nM) or mimic negative control (NC) (50 nM) and DU145 cells transfected with miR-34b/c inhibitor (100 nM) or inhibitor NC (100 nM); (C,D) Effects on cell growth with ectopic expression of miR-34b/c in DU145 and PC3 by live cells counting compared to the negative control. Per condition, three independent experiments were performed.
