Geraniin reduces H₂O₂-induced MSC apoptosis. MSCs were treated with increasing concentrations of geraniin for 24 h and were then exposed to 300 µM H₂O₂ for 4 h. Apoptosis was reduced by geraniin in a dose-dependent manner, as identified by (A and B) flow cytometry and (C) Hoechst 33342 staining (original magnification, 200×; scale bar, 50 µm). ^#P<0.05 compared with the control group; ^*P<0.05 compared with the 300 µM H₂O₂ group.
