Characterization of hsa_circ_0067531 and hsa_circ_0057096 in HCC tissues. (A) Head-to-tail splicing was assayed by a qPCR reaction, with divergent primers and (B) Sanger sequencing. (C) hsa_circ_0067531 and (D) hsa_circ_0057096 expressions were examined in eight pairs of the HCC tissues and in the corresponding non-tumor tissues using qPCR. The expression of hsa_circ_0067531 in HCC tissues was significantly decreased compared with adjacent normal tissues (P=0.012), however there was no significant difference in hsa_circ_0057096 expression between adjacent normal tissues and HCC tissues. *P<0.05 vs. adjacent.
