(A) Proliferation of H1299 cells was markedly increased with APRIL. H1229 cells were incubated with APRIL. And, the proliferation was measured by CCK-8 kit. (B) H1229 cells were treated w/o APRIL, colony formation was analyzed by crystal violet staining. Sizes of H1299 cells were significantly greater after treatment with APRIL.
