    The blood pressure of mice was measured by a rapid and non‐invasive tail‐cuff approach. Using magnetic restrainers, adult mice (8 weeks old) were held on a tail‐cuff platform connected to a control unit and a computer. The blood pressure was measured continuously, starting with three control sessions (exposure to ACSF) followed by three test sessions (exposure to SBT). Each session contained 10 successive measurements. Upon exposure to SBT, both systolic (A) and diastolic (B) pressures were significantly increased in WT but not in GC‐G KO mice. For each genotype, six animals were analyzed. Data are mean ± SD; two‐tailed t‐test. n.s., not significant; **P < 0.01.
