The “core” genes from the Yin pathways (133) were the Yin genes and the “core” genes of the Yang pathways (71) were the Yang genes. The Yin Yang gene expression mean ratio (YMR) signature [20] was tested using the untreated TNBC samples of the METABRIC dataset by the R package Survcomp
