(A–I) Metabolite abundance as assessed by LC/MS using the Metabolon Discovery HD4 platform. N=4 samples were cultured, collected, and processed for each condition and metabolite abundance is graphically depicted as scaled intensity (relative abundance). One way analysis of variance and Tukey’s post-hoc test was used to evaluate differences between groups, and multiplicity adjusted p-values are reported as *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001. Metabolomics data are available in Supplemental Dataset A as fold changes of group averages. (J) Graphical representation of TCA cycle metabolites that are affected by GDH2 expression in a metabolomics analysis of GDH-expressing GPC lines. N=4 samples were analyzed for all conditions.
