Immunohistochemical analysis of SHISA2 in clinical PC tissues. Immunoreactivity with anti-SHISA2 antibody was observed in high-grade PCs with high GS, exhibiting strong positive immunostaining in the cytoplasm of PC cells. Adjacent NP epithelium revealed a weak or no signal for SHISA2. (C) Association between SHISA2 expression and GS in PC.
