LncTCF7 knockdown inhibits CRC cell migration and invasion. Two CRC cell lines, DLD1 and LoVo, were used for the following experiments. sh-RNA targeting LncTCF7, and non-specific control, shRNA-nc were transfected stably into CRC cells (A) LncTCF7 expression was knocked down by specific sh-RNA. (B) Proliferation of CRC cells assessed by CCK8 assays. (C) Cancer cell migration was measured by Transwell assay. Cells that had moved through upper chamber were counted. (D) Cell invasion was detected by Matrigel assay. Cells penetrating through Matrigel were counted.
