(A) Floxed PRKD1 BMMSCs were infected with adenovirus expressing GFP (GFP) or Cre recombinase (Cre). Three days after infection PRKD1 mRNA levels were determined by qRT-PCR with GAPDH as the normalization control using the delta-delta Ct method and GFP-infected cells as the comparator. (B) Floxed PRKD1 BMMSCs were infected with adenovirus expressing GFP (GFP) or Cre recombinase (Cre). At near-confluence GFP- or Cre-expressing BMMSCs were passaged to generate stable cell lines. PRKD1 mRNA levels were determined in the passaged cells by qRT-PCR with GAPDH as the normalization control using the delta-delta Ct method and GFP-infected cells as the comparator.
