Osthole reduced APAP-induced oxidative stress. Mice were intraperitoneally treated with osthole (100 mg/kg) for 3 consecutive days. On the fourth day, APAP (300 mg/kg) and osthole were simultaneously administered to mice. Mice were sacrificed at 6 h post-APAP, and parameters of oxidative stress were determined.
