WNK1 enhanced cell cycle transition induced by the hypotonic solution. (A) Hypotonic-induced cell cycle transition was detected by flow cytometric analysis. Densitometric analysis demonstrated that the hypotonic solution accelerated cell cycle transition from G0/G1 phase to S phase (**P<0.01 vs vector in the isotonic group), which was further increased by overexpression of WNK1 (##P<0.01 vs vector in the hypotonic group.
