Effects of YL-0919 on depressive-like rats that were exposed to the CUS procedure. The rats were orally administered YL-0919 (1.25 and 2.5 mg/kg) or Flx (10 mg/kg) daily while being subjected to the CUS procedure for 5 weeks. The sucrose preference test was conducted on day 36 (A), and the NSFT was conducted after drug treatment (B). The effects of YL-0919 and Flx on the numbers of rat crossings (C) and rearings (D) were tested in the open field following the CUS procedure.
