Symptoms of depression assessed with the Children’s Depression Inventory. Symptoms of anxiety assessed with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-Trait Version. Loss-of-control (LOC; subjective and/or objective binge episodes) and binge-eating (presence ≥1 objective binge episode in the past month) on the Eating Disorder Examination adapted for Children.
SES=socioeconomic status as assessed by the Hollingshead Index (Hollingshead, 1975).
